Return Window
We offer a hassle-free return policy for all our streetwear apparel. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this window to be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags and labels intact
- In original packaging or in resalable condition
- No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Undergarments and intimate apparel
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
- Items with visible signs of wear or damage
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@genzifer.store with your order number
- Provide photos of the item and proof of purchase
- Receive return shipping instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging (shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
